IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PLAYERS YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR MULTIPLE PLAYERS ALL AT ONE TIME - WATCH WHEN YOU ARE AT THE END.

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU HAVE PAID A PARTIAL PAYMENT VIA CHECK OR CASH, YOU CAN NOT REGISTER ONLINE AS IT WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN  YOU SHOULD.  Please consult with the Coach or Team Manager and Michelle can review if we can do a work around for a majority of the payment.

We kindly request that all parents register and make payment online instead of cash or checks due to the amount of volunteer time required to do this tracking and handle all these transactions.

Our system is secure, but if you don't feel secure always use a credit card or your paypal or you can purchase a re-loadable credit card at anyone of the stores and utilize that card to make the payment online.

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Lehigh Valley Magic Soccer Club team!

Please click on the link below for 2010 Approved Player Registration if the coach or team manager has advised you that your son or daughter has made the team.  You will need to use the login you used for the tryouts.  If you have not created a log in, please create one now so that we can keep you informed via email.  If you forget your username or password you can request the details to be emailed to you.  The Log in is at the top left of this page.

If you are an existing player, please use your existing user name and password so that all your player information is populated for your players, except for any minor changes.

When you get to the Summary Page - 2010 Approved Player Registration Summary Page this is where you scroll to the bottom and choose to REGISTER ANOTHER PERSON/PLAYER in your family or CONTINUE TO THE SHOPPING CART.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO PAY ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD OR YOU ARE JUST PAYING VIA CHECK, THEN DON'T DO THE REGISTRATION UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO ENTER THE CARD DETAILS IN THE SHOPPING CART.  YOU CAN NOT GO BACK AT A LATER DATE AND ENTER THE CARD INFO.  IN ORDER FOR IT TO SAVE THE INFO/ORDER YOU MUST CHOOSE PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR IF PAYING VIA CHECK THEN CHOOSE PAY OFFLINE.

NOTE: PAY OFFLINE OPTION WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED.

ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED - IT IS FINAL.  YOU CAN NOT GO BACK INTO THE SHOPPING CART, EXCEPT TO CHANGE THE CARD NO OR EXPIRATION DATES ON A PARTIAL PAYMENT IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT DONE.

REMEMBER - PRINT YOUR RECEIPT TO INSURE THAT YOU REGISTERED YOUR PLAYER OR ADDITIONAL PLAYERS AND DETAILS THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT TO INSURE PROCESSING CORRECTLY.  PRINT YOUR CHECK OUT INFORMATION.

If you don't want to print it - you can edit, copy and paste the receipt into a word or works file and save it as a document that you can find such as lv magic receipt so you have electronic records if not paper document on file.

Please note you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or thru Paypal.  We ask that everyone register online even if you are not paying online so that you can be placed in a team group for communications and that we have all your records in one file for the coach.

This must be completed BY no later than June 15, 2010.

Note: If you do the partial payment option, you will need to update your payment information before August 15th 2010 to insure there are no issues with your processing of the final payment.

Note: If you pay via check or cash any partial payment, please do not chose to pay online the 2nd and final payment online. or vise-versa. This feature does not work. 

You either choose to pay online payment option or choose to pay offline for the payment plan via check or cash. 

NEW REGISTRATION ITEMS:

Since we have multiple teams in various age groups, we have created a team assignment that is mandatory to be completed for each player.

for example:

U13 Girls Maroon, U13 Girls Black or U13 Girls White or U11 Girls Maroon or U11 Girls Black.   VERIFY WITH YOUR COACH YOUR TEAM ASSIGNMENT.

If there are not multiple divisions in your player's bracket, please choose the appropriate age bracket for your player  U??- Maroon as the default option for those brackets not having multiple teams.

You can now upload a player's head shot photo 1"x1" small wallet size on to the website as something new.  If you are an existing player from the Fall season you will not need to do this.  If you are a new player, this would be great to upload this.  We are testing this feature as every Fall Season we need new player photos for their player pass.
